Approaches to Regulating Plant Medicine: Cannabis, Psychedelics, and Beyond

Jason Ortiz, Cat Packer, Dominique D Mendiola, Karen O’Keefe

Many have observed how psychedelic legalization and policy development are happening in the wake of a multi-decade movement to legalize cannabis, and the industry that followed it. Building on this knowledge base, this discussion will also look ahead to what’s next for plant medicine policy including ecological, cultural, and global considerations.
