Stacey Armstrong

This presentation includes preliminary findings from a groundbreaking clinical trial examining the safety and efficacy of psilocybin-assisted therapy (PAT) for U.S. military veterans with severe, treatment-resistant PTSD. Combining two psilocybin sessions with psychotherapy, there were encouraging reductions in PTSD symptoms and no serious adverse events. These early results highlight the promise of PAT as a novel approach for a population in urgent need of more effective treatment options.
