As state-regulated psychedelic services expand, how do we ensure they meaningfully integrate into the broader healthcare system? This panel brings together leading voices shaping the clinical, regulatory, educational, and economic foundations of legal psilocybin care.Will Lucas, Clinical Research Coordinator and longtime advocate for Oregon’s psilocybin model, will moderate the discussion, bringing a perspective shaped by years of interdisciplinary work in policy, research, and service delivery. Amanda Gow, MS,, Executive Director of Bendable Therapy, will share early findings from a landmark field study on mental health outcomes under Oregon’s psilocybin model, conducted in collaboration with Osmind. The study explores safety, effectiveness, and improved screening protocols for diverse populations.Dr. Elliot Marseille, a leading health economist, will offer insights into how cost-effectiveness, clinical outcomes, and payer-aligned metrics can support the long-term sustainability of psychedelic services. Dr. Aryan Sarparast, psychiatrist and founder of the PEACE Clinic at OHSU, will discuss how his harm-reduction–driven screening framework empowers patients, how Oregon’s HB 2387 expands protections for clinicians discussing psilocybin, and the importance of continuity in care delivery. Mikki Vogt, LPC, LAC, Co-Founder of Colorado’s first licensed healing center, The Center Origin, will share lessons from Colorado’s dual-licensure and co-location model, and how she’s building inclusive services grounded in trauma-informed care and regulatory innovation. Dr. Vivian Shyu, Director of Education at CU Denver’s Center for Psychedelic Research, will speak to the future of facilitator training—including non-negotiable competencies, accessibility across disciplines, and how academic programs are adapting to meet real-world needs. Together, these leaders will explore what integration truly means—and what’s required next.
